Unfortunatley everyone must have rules, and we here at TriStar are no different.

Anne McCaffrey's Rules

Firstly, these rules are NOT to be ignored, they are set out by Anne McCaffrey herself and as we are playing in her world, then we expect them to be obeyed, failure to do so will have dire consequences.

• None of Anne McCaffrey's characters can be used, so no Lessa, Moreta or anyone, nor can your character's be related to any of them!
• Pern does not have religon, magic or war, please.
• No one is going to leave Pern's world, no one is going to come to Pern..so no alien's or sudden space visits please! Not even Acorna's world.
• There are only five different dragon colours, Gold, Bronze, Brown, Blue and Green.. no reds, or even whites. (Ruth was a sport dragon..one of a kind!)
• Golds only impress woman.. Bronzes only impress men.
• No Roleplay to occur at Benden Weyr or Ruatha Hold

Our Rules

• Golds and Bronzes only impress Heterosexual Riders, the other three colours can impress either!
• Girls can ride gold, blue and green. Occasionally a girl might get a brown!
• Men can ride Bronze, brown, blue and green.
• Be Polite and friendly, just because your character takes a dislike to someone else's doesn't mean you have to dislike that rider! Any problems, please inform the BoD
• Please inforum us if you are going to be away for a period of time and unable to post, anyway who is gone for more than three months without a telling us will have their character put up for adoption, this includes ranking characters!
• Do not take control of other peoples characters.. unless they have given you permission to!
• Be logial to this time set in which we are in!
• Metallic's (Gold,bronze, dragons, flits) will be carefully handed out, so please don't ask for one.
• Same goes for HAD (Hearing all dragons people)
• Anything adult material (ie, sex, rape, abuse, etc….) must have ‘X-Rated’ or ‘XXX’ in the subject.  If you aren’t sure, ask and we’ll let you know.
